حزب طرح نو د نوی صرحی ګوند سیمه ایزخپلواکی او ملی یوالی خود داری محلی ووحدت ملی مرام ما ماخواهان ادره محلی توسط مردم محل وخواهان عدم تمرکزقدرت هستیم زیرا محول نمودن عادلانه قدرت ازمرکزبه محلات یک رکن مهم دررشداقتصاد، عدالت اجتماعی وثبات سیاسی درجهان امروزی تلقی میگردد. علل الرغم انچه در گزشته ها که تصامیم همواره درافغانستان ازیک مرجع صادرمیګردید، امروزافغانستان ایجاب یک سیستم سیاسی جدید ا میکند که با شرایط که درچهل سال گزشته بوجود امده مطابقت نماید وما این سیستم را سیستم عدم مرکزیت میدانیم. ما خواهان افغانستان هستیم که همشهریان ازتمام ازادی های فردی برخوردار بوده و مجبورساخته نشوند تا ازحقوق قانونی شان محروم شوند. ما به این باور هستیم که احترام به حقوق انفرادی همشهریان یکی ازایجابات مهم حکومت داری خوب است. ما به این عقیده هستیم که صلح پایدار نمیتواند بدون احترام به ازادی های فردی و بدون مبارزه با فساد اداری وعرف مسولت نا پزیزی تامین شود. ډرنتیجه ما ازحقوق انفرادی همشهریان که جق دارند که درمظاهرات مسالمت امیز اشتراک کنند دفاع میکنیم. ما خواهان یک نظام سیاسی همه شمول هستیم...
